Watches with a peculiar design are the hottest thing today in what time-telling devices are concerned. People go either for more conservative, but very expensive watches, or for funky and weird-looking, but more accessible timepieces. Well, despite today's general tendencies regarding watch design, the Alfex Happy Moments watch goes into the first category, displaying a more “classic” design, yet sophisticated and elegant to the core.
The heart of every single Alfex watch is a high-precision movement made entirely in Switzerland, while all of their mechanical timepieces have sapphire-crystal casebacks that proudly expose their meticulously crafted Swiss-made movement, and the Happy Moments watch makes no exception.
Judging by the name and its functions, it would seem that this classy timepiece was specially made for the sentimental people. Thus, the watch, which uses the 1019 quartz movement by Ronda, has an open calendar and a small star-shaped seconds counter. Moreover, it has a stainless-steel case with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and an integrated reflector highlighted with a real diamond.
Using a crown located at 2 o'clock, the reflector can be turned and the diamond locked on the selected hour you want to remember or to the current time in your preferred city. No one will know what the setting is except for you. It comes with a white, black or chocolate-colored dial, with matching leather wrist band.
Designed by Marcus Eilinger, the Happy Moments watch is also water resistant up to 5ATM, so it won't break if you forget to take it off when in the shower or when you're at the beach.
