The House of Dior has presented its new watch Dazzling from Christal collection which is positioned as a watch made for a modern woman. The watch made of stainless steel does not feature any additional functions. It is based on the self-winding movement and is available in two variants: in a 33-mm and in a 38-mm case. The edition is limited to 500 pieces.



The Christal Dazzling 33 mm (Ref. CD113510m001) is a stainless steel watch set with 233 diamonds (2.35 carats). The bracelet is set with 3 rows of blue sapphire crystal and 117 diamonds (1.17 carats). The bezel is set with 80 diamonds (1 carat). The graduated mother of pearl dial is set with 36 diamonds (0.18 carat) of which 24 are luminescent in the dark. The watch is waterproof to 50 meters.



The Christal Dazzling 38 mm (Ref. CD114510m001) is a stainless steel watch set with 232 diamonds (2.9 carats). The bracelet is set with 3 rows of blue sapphire crystal and 108 diamonds (1.62 carats). The bezel is set with 88 diamonds (1.10 carats). The graduated mother of pearl dial is set with 36 diamonds (0.18 carat) of which 24 are luminescent in the dark. This model is waterproof to 50 meters.



John Galliano, the head designer of the Dior fashion house designed the Christal Dazzling watch, being inspired by his favorite fairy tale, Cinderella. He designed her a Christal watch so she could keep an eye on the midnight hour as well as the gown and the heels. Christal "Dazzling" is as innovative as it is bewitching: it uses automatic movement. Its name reflect its mood and color: feminine and seductive.



Blue sapphires the sky, diamonds the stars. The crystals shimmering from cloudy gray to a magical midnight just like the dark inky night sky. With a delicate blue mother-of-pearl dial the work is as intricate as a couture creation as diamonds are mounted, and hands polished with Superluminova, so times light up in the dark and can always illuminate the adventure. Forget the glass slipper this has a transparent sapphire crystal case back, with a white lacquered oscillating weight, so you can glimpse the workings of a movement.



A new diamond full-set bezel and blue pyramid-shaped sapphire crystals complete the diamond-set bracelet and a unique timepiece.
