And that's also the case with the i.Beat cody model, released back in the second half of 2007, which offers a very wide viewing surface, as well as some other useful features.
Thus, one of the first striking details that will certainly draw a good level of attention to the i.Beat cody is represented by the 3.5-inch display, which offers an actual viewing surface of 70 mm x 53 mm, 262000 colors and an overall resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.
Storage capacity is another important factor when purchasing a portable player, and that's the reason why the device comes in either 2 or 4 GB flavors. However, these sizes can be extended even further, since the PMP also sports an SD/MMC card slot.
It's also interesting to note that the portable player from Trekstor offers multiple playback features, including here 3D stereo, Bass, user-defined, Jazz, Classical, Normal, Pop, Rock equalizer settings, Normal, Repeat song, Repeat all songs, Repeat shuffle play modes, support for ID3 tags and a very precise resume function. Moreover, if you're tired of your music, you can always tune into your favorite radio-station via the built-in FM tuner.
File compatibility is a key factor in the case of any portable player, and the i.Beat cody manages to keep up with most of its competitors, since it works with MP3, WMA, WAV audio files, AVI movie files and even WMA-DRM9 files, the most common in the case of music download services. Moreover, the player can also be used for viewing digital photos in JPEG or BMP formats, as well as documents in TXT format.
Furthermore, it's important to note that none of the aforementioned features would actually work without the player's incorporated Li-Ion battery, which offers a maximum operating time of around 8 hours.
