Are you very proud of your front-yard lawn, but you simply don't have the necessary time to mow it yourself and you simply don't trust anyone else to do it for you?
Well, in that case, you should let a robot do it, namely the Zuchetti LawnBott L3200 Evolution robot mower, presented by RobotShop, a device that, once installed and programmed, will take care automatically of the lawn, without requiring any extra-attention from the users.
Thus, the robot features a very advanced auto-programming system that allows it to auto-detect the height of the grass and decide whenever some mowing action is in order. Moreover, the LawnBott L3200 is capable of carrying out a pretty exact calculation of the percentage of mowed grass, and, depending on this result, as well as the charge level of its own internal battery, can establish its own “working schedule”, automatic recharge periods, etc.
LawnBott L3200 can be used for mowing surfaces with a total dimensions of up to 3000 square meters and maximum slopes of 27 degrees. The only “problem” (if we can call it that) posed by this device is the fact that the users have to install a perimeter line (a wire which can even be buried beneath the lawn), so that the robot will know exactly what surface he must tend to and not go AWOL in the neighbor's yard.
Unfortunately, as most other robots, this device is also extremely expensive, selling for around 2,850 US dollars, which is a huge sum to pay, even for an innovative product such as this one. |
