The Revel Performa F50a is a 5-driver 3-way loudspeaker that produces the low frequencies using a very serious array of three 6.5” woofers running with Ceramic Composite cones that go as low as 31Hz for a rich audition without a separate subwoofer. The generous butyl rubber surrounds of these drivers ensure a large excursion but minimize distortions and offer a pure and rolling bass.



The midrange driver placed in the upper side of the sturdy front baffle sports the exact same technology as the bass drivers but is only 5.25” in diameter and is differently tuned for crisp and most present vocal parts and a most vivid, lifelike sound reproduction. It is housed in a separate sub-enclosure for a better decoupling and insulation from the rest of the forces in the cabinet.



The 1” titanium tweeter is loaded in a special waveguide that ensures an optimal coupling to the air in front of the loudspeaker; this waveguide makes sure that the response of the HF driver is clean and well-heard even off-axis for exceptional soundstaging and audio imaging.



The Revel Performa F50a runs in 5 Ohms impedance and with 88dB sensitivity and can be either bi-wired or bi-amped.
