| Bought one from COSTCO. Hooked it up on two different computers. HDMI on TV, USB 2.0 and audio outlets. Gortsound but no pictures. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, still no pictures (did get pictures of the computer screen, but no streaming ). Both were PC's, with Pentium 4 and all required capabilities. No problem getting the software, both downloaded it and used the included disc. The hardware was quickly recognized. I will be returning it. |

| We at Atlona agree with customer satisfaction which is why the newest batch of HDPiX units, available in a week, will begin shipping with an HDMI cable with no added cost. |
