Since both Photokina and IFA are approaching fast, and Canon's got a launch event scheduled for later on this month, it should come as no surprise that certain leaked photos of future products are already making their way online, the latest pertaining to a future DSLR, the EOS 60D.
Discovered by
CanonRumors, these shots seem to point out the presence of a swiveling display, which is indeed a nice addition, bringing the camera to more modern standards in this respect.
Also, if one checks carefully the photos, they'll be able to fairly easily notice a mode dial, similar to those found on the camera manufacturer's more recent
DSLRs, featuring both Creative Auto and movie settings, which means that this thing will also record video.
Unfortunately, that's just about everything we can make out of the picture, but we'll have to add that some other sources seem to point out to the fact that his
model will also come equipped with an 18-megapixel sensor, continous movie autofocus, and a price point to match.
We hope to come back with more info in the near future, but until that moment arrives, we'll just leave you with these photos of the future Canon camera.
