Case-Mate has announced their own portfolio of new accessories for the iPhone 4 and it includes 24 cases covering all the popular needs of iPhone 4 users and two power cases that will increase battery life on the Apple smartphone.

"Our latest line-up of accessories offers something for every consumer, whether you're a fashionista, outdoor enthusiast or self-expressionist," said Shashi Reddy, founder and CEO of Case-Mate. "Focusing on both design and functionality, we're striving to deliver it all – from Fuel Lite, which gives road warriors extra on-the-go battery power to the Barely There 2.0, which seamlessly fuses two materials for a truly chic look and unique tactical feel."

One family of cases is the fashion-forward one, which includes models like Lisboa, Barely There 2.0 (based on a bestseller, according to the manufacturers), Reina, Rangoli, which celebrates the spirit of India, Pop!, Ivy and last but not least, the Medley modern case, which focuses on both style and durability.

Another series of cases is, of course, the Active Lifestyle one, targeting a category of people who don't care about fashion, but are looking for practical solutions. Like the ID Case, for example, which offers storage space for credit cards or a driver's license, as well as protecting the iPhone 4 from scrapes and scratches. This lineup also includes the Decathlon and the hybrid Tough cases.

Personalized cases will continue being available from Case-Mate for the iPhone 4 as well. These would be DIY, which is a new concept of design that lets you build your own case with your own photo or art work and the I Make My Case accessories you can custom design using the patterns already present on the company’s website.

The two accessories that offer extra power to the iPhone 4 are called the Fuel Lite and the Fuel Max. While the Lite increases the life of the Apple smartphone's battery by two hours, the Max case boasts an autonomy increase of 5 hours. These new protective solutions will be available in Q2 and Q3 of 2010. The prices for the regular cases range from $20 to $50, while the Power ones will be a little more expensive, valued at $60 and respectively $100.
