On our quest to find innovative gadgets at this year's CeBIT, we have stumbled upon the gorgeous looking Myday touchframe. Although at that time the cook book function of the device was presented, making our team drool over the delicious-looking dishes, the Myday is, in fact, as already mentioned, a touchframe, with Wi-Fi and full multimedia capabilities, designed for the entire family.

Based on the Wireless Media Frame Center (WMFC) technology, it includes all the latest wireless functionalities and intuitive navigation. All the frame's features, like multimedia, agenda, cook book and shopping list are very easy to use to help all the family fully enjoy the latest technology. Myday features a 10.2-inch LCD touchscreen, a removable outer frame, 1GB of internal memory, USB connectivity, and internal battery, which grants it 3 to 4 hours of playback time. Moreover, it is compatible with Wi-Fi b/g WEP/WPA1&2 and SD, SDHC and Compact flash cards.

Myday supports the most popular file formats, such as JPEG, BMP, PNG, DiVX, AVI, WMV, MPG, MP3,WMA,WAV, AAC, OGG and more. As already mentioned, it features a family agenda function, cook book, shopping list, plus RSS reader and virtual drawing board. It may sound pretty impressive, but that is not all that the Myday device can do.

To complete the list of features, Myday also sports Webradios player with Shoutcast Radio, and the manufacturer offers free automatic online updates.

This is one very useful device for the entire family and it looks very appealing, fitting perfectly in any home decor. Unfortunately, no information on the pricing or the availability of the Myday touchframe has been unveiled. After the CeBIT show, the manufacturer will probably release additional details, but it's currently rumored that the device will be priced at about 500 US dollars. All we have to do is wait and see.
