Those of you who are really interested in all things related to jewelry have probably heard about luxury designer and jeweler Knalihs Athem, who creates exclusive limited edition diamond encrusted mobile phones of world renowned brands like Apple, Nokia and others. And recently, the designer has presented two new impressive diamond-studded handsets, a Blackberry Bold (dubbed BlackBeauty) and a Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte (dubbed the SnowWhite).

And these things can truly be called works of art, since each Athem product is individually crafted and created with precision and skilled Swiss craftsmanship using materials of the highest quality. Athem products are hand-finished with utmost care and all the diamonds set precisely to provide lasting beauty and quality.

As the jeweler informs us, this unique and exclusive customization process by Athem is available in various designs using 100 to 1650 natural diamonds, including pink, yellow, black, champagne and white diamonds. Of course, the pricing will most likely vary depending on the materials and number of stones chosen by the customers.

Additionally, if users have a high-enough budget, the handset can also be personalized with initials, lucky number, logos and just about anything else they might want. Moreover, as in the case of most similar products of this type available out there, each phone is accompanied by an appropriate and official diamond grading report from a world recognized and credible gemological lab.

It's also interesting to note that upgrading one's diamond-studded handheld is, quite surprisingly, an easy process, since all the users have to do is select a mobile phone from the existing product line, return the old diamond encrusted mobile phone to the jeweler, and they will reuse the diamonds from the old phone / replace with equal value of diamonds and encrust them on a new handset that the user has selected.

Unfortunately, no pricing details (not even the starting price) regarding the phones from Anthem have been provided, probably because the prices vary too much, depending on the exact customization options each person purchasing such a luxury product will want.

UPDATE - As John Bosco from Knalihs Athem informs us, pricing for these handhelds starts at 4,000 US dollars. Thanks for the input, John!
