I don't remember too many cases when I came across Nintendo Wii accessories that didn't make me at least smirk. I mean, there were some decent ones, but this time decent would be the least to say about it. What you see to your left is the Digiwinner Machine Gun accessory for the Nintendo Wii.
The nice thing about this is that it doesn't look embarrassing.
Do call me rude, or however you feel like it, but also do reckon that most accessories are nothing that a grown-up would confidently use without feeling like a child. The Machine Gun from Digiwinner, on the other hand, looks quite realistic. The only thing differentiating it from a real machine gun would be the yellow tip, that is probably there for cases when
children feel like taking it outside to play with.
This is pure supposition, but I do think that's the reason Digiwinner designed the machine gun accessory like that, so it will be easily differentiated from a real weapon by the police and law enforcement. As good as this looks, things get even better, as Digiwinner built it with a D-pad and several more buttons right on the front, which enables users to control games without even touching the Wii remote, or actually, not needing one. That's also a very probable reason for this not to get approved by Nintendo, and that's not the only bad news.
Sadly, there is no info on the game array supported by the Machine Gun accessory. Not even Digiwinner has
any info on the compatible games. All that, and there's also no information on the release date or pricing. For the moment, that's all, my friends, but I do promise to update you as soon as any info is available, be it pricing or supported games.
