Since the costs of business traveling is pretty high nowadays, many companies resort to advanced video conferencing solutions, which, despite of the higher initial costs, help a lot as far as cost cuts are concerned.

And that's also the case with the new FVexpress Combo-Double Pack entry-level video conferencing system from faceVsion, which targets mostly businesses on a tighter budget (small/medium size) while in the same delivering good-quality, HD-grade communications.

The FVexpress Combo-Double Pack delivers 720p 30-frame-per-second point-to-point HD video calls over the Internet while only needing a modest 800kb/second connection, which means that it can be easily installed just about anywhere.

The FVexpress Combo-Double Pack includes two faceVsion FVexpress Combo units, each of which include a compact FV TouchCam L1 720p video camera, an FVexpress card for notebook computers, and faceVsion's exclusive QuLives video conferencing client software for Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP.

The TouchCam L1 HD video camera features a wide-angle 28mm lens, 75 degree field-of-view lens and advanced auto-focus/auto-brightness control and easily mounts to a notebook's lid or can be set on a conference room table for impromptu group calls.

The FVexpress card, which when inserted into a notebook's Express34 or mini PCIe card slot, provides on-board hardware H.264 encoding and decoding of the HD video stream, significantly reducing system CPU utilization and delivering a sustained 720p LiveHD video conference call with a minimum system requirement of only a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom CPU.

The faceVsion FVexpress Combo-Double Pack carries a $279.99 MSRP, while the single FVexpress Combo units are also available for $149.99.
