When I like a product or two from a company, I usually look forward to see what it will do next. Same thing with Gigabyte. A company with an unusual success lately thanks to most of its high-quality products. So, perhaps in celebration of its CeBIT debut, we'll be talking a bit about the new mice and keyboards that Gigabyte has displayed for the public.
The GM-M8000 is a mouse obviously designed with gaming in mind. It has no tracking lag, extremely accurate precision and a customizable resolution of up to 4000dpi. With five programmable buttons and the possibility to design up to five different macros with three different profiles, as well as its ergonomic form that helps provide comfort during intensive play, this mouse is sure to offer professional gamers more than a chance in their competitions.
Stylish, glossy and trendy are the best words to describe the GK-K6800, a very comfortable and user friendly keyboard. The guys at Gigabyte clearly had good looks in mind when they designed this peripheral. With its multimedia keys situated at the edges of the keyboard and the shiny steel volume wheel, it won't be the ergonomic support pad catching your eyes!
Although I am fond of imposing keyboards, I have to admit that the GK-K7100 is my favorite. With its ultra slim, minimalist build, the K7100 proves that glossy can also be stylish. Even it does not lack in the features department, with 18 multimedia keys and Scissors Structure key giving the keyboard that “notebook” feel, it's still the looks that really make this keyboard feel like a piece of high-technology.
And last comes the GM-M7800S. This wireless mouse would have been a fashion statement hadn't it been for the Swarovski crystals encrusted in its quality leather-enveloped body. Although having an elegant and stylish design, with an invisible Nano receiver, extended battery life, tilt wheel and 800/1600 dpi adjustments, one cannot overlook the exaggeration of etching crystals to increase a product's value. Style has never been about crystals, nor has class.
