Although the designer of the Green Shadow doesn't say anything about the materials used in the making of the bike, there are low chances it is in fact plastic, as that would contravene to the main purpose of this high-tech ride.

 

Unfortunately for green fighters, or eco warriors out there, the Green Shadow is still only a concept and there are no perspectives for it to enter production in the near future.
