Nowadays, fitness equipments have become more and more diverse and their makers use aggressive advertising campaigns or even celebrities to convince the public that their device will work the best for you. But if you're sick of the same machines that are around for ages and want to try something really innovative and also fun in order to reshape your body, you can try the iJoy Board.

As its name suggests, it sort of looks like a skateboard, but with a tri-axis motion system and a solid base attached. This fitness trainer gives an indoor, funny and healthy experience without requiring previous boarding skills. Although, at first, it could be a little tricky for you to keep your balance on it, its manufacturer claims that the moves practiced while trying to stay on will work different parts of your body for you, flattening your stomach, strengthening your legs and core muscles.

It is very easy to use. You simply hop on the board and, using the infrared wireless remote control, you can choose your program and one of the available three workout speeds. These have funny names to get you working in a good mood: Taking It Easy, Getting Serious and Pump It Up. We wouldn't recommend the last one to grandpa or grandma, because we aren't sure what will happen to them. The on-board display panel allows you to easily see which program is selected.

Doesn't that look like fun?

So, whether you pitch, roll or yawn in order to remain on two feet, iJoy promises to attack three major muscle groups: back/buttocks, abdominals and inner thighs. Furthermore, it is said to improve posture, balance, flexibility and coordination while really increasing your calories burned. The device is portable, so you can even take it at your office. It sells for approximately $300.
