Over the past couple of years, Klipsch has managed to establish itself as one of the leading headphone manufacturers, the company pushing out the door quite an impressive number of products of this type, the latest to join the lineup (and officially unveiled at IFA 2010) being the Image One, Image S5i Rugged and Image S3 models.
The Image One is an on-ear
headphone that features an Apple-based mic and three-button remote for taking calls and controlling music on iPods, iPhones or iPads.
Plus, each lightweight, pivoting ear cup features premium leather and high-density memory foam for comfortable wear and superior passive noise-isolation, designed to block out ambient noise and provide enhanced bass, while the ear cups fold flat for placement inside the included carrying case.
True to its name, the Image S5i Rugged features a mic and oversized moisture-resistant three-button remote, all available in a black finish.
Additionally, the Image S5i Rugged comes with three pairs of different-sized patented oval ear tips and a heavy-duty safety case with a built-in flashlight and removable belt clip.
Last, but certainly not least, the Image S3 in-ear
headphones are available in a gun metal gray, red, pink or green finish and accommodate virtually any device with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, while also coming with three pairs of different-sized patented oval ear tips and a carrying case.
The Image One headphones will arrive in November and will sell for $149.99, while the Image S5i Rugged will also become available in November, when it will sell for around $129.99.
The earliest to arrive on the market are the Image S3, which will sell for around $49.99 (US MSRP) starting with October.
