As for the Matrox MAX technology incorporated in the MXO2 LE, it uses a dedicated hardware processor that helps release the strain on your system, offers Accelerated encoding for Blu-ray, Apple TV, YouTube, Flash, web formats and mobile devices and so on, as well as being able to integrate directly with Apple Compressor and Telestream Episode.
While the Matrox MXO2 LE is priced at 995 USD, should you go for the full solution with MAX technology, you'll have to pay the sum of 1,395 USD for it.
