Nowadays, game publishers try to squeeze every buck they can from you, so Microsoft's decision to launch a new limited edition Fable 3 controller doesn't exactly comes as a surprise.
Scheduled to be released on October 26 for
Xbox 360, Peter Molynexu's action RPG Fable III has a strong following among series fans and Microsoft decided to take advantage of this by releasing a
special edition controller.
Crafted to resemble the Crown of Albion (although it still looks more like a controller then a crown to me) and boasting a special color scheme (let's call it a chocolate dip paintjob) the controller will retail for a whopping $59.99.
As this would be probably a bit to steep for you,
Microsoft has tried to sweeten the deal by adding a exclusive in-game tattoo, so that everybody may know what you spend your (or your parents) hard earned cash on.
If all this sounds like too good of a deal to pass, then you should know that the controller will arrive on October 5, a full three weeks ahead of the game.
In the mean time, if you want to fuel your Fable III wet drams then head over to
Kotaku as they have a whole bunch of pictures with this new, chocolate dipped, Xbox controller.
