How many times has your headphones wire impeded you from enjoying your music properly? How many times have you hurried to answer the door (or any action that required you to get up very fast) and didn't stop and think you had your headphones on? I bet you were angry when you were pulled back by the wires. These are problems related to normal wired headphones.
Perhaps taking a brake (thank you, Moto) from making unsuccessful mobile devices, the company decided to listen to user's pleas and unleash onto them the Motorola MOTOROKR S305 Bluetooth headphones (I dare you to say that very fast). These wireless stereo headphones use, just like other headphones, standard A2DP Bluetooth connection in order to connect to a wide array of compatible devices.
Its 30mm drivers are said to offer a wide variety of high quality musical tunes, with the device allowing users to even make phone calls with the music pausing or resuming depending on whether you have just started a conversation of finished your current phone call. Yes... just like any other Bluetooth listening device out there... or like most, at least.
Compatible with more than 200 Bluetooth phones out there (I guess I could use them with a... Nokia? How about a Sony Ericsson?), the headphones use an integrated lithium-ion battery that raises their lifespan to 6.5 hours of talk time, 6 hours of musical playback and 100 hours of stand-by time. This 1.8 ounce set will be made available at the start of April.
No pricing has been released. Even if I wagered a wild guest, they wouldn't be that expensive (judging by the outcome of the Bluetooth headphone market).
