OKI Data Americas, a company that markets its products under the OKI Printing Solutions brand, has just announced the launch of its latest product, namely the MC160 Letter/A4 Color MFP, which is one ideal multifunctional printer for very small workgroups (VSWG) and small offices/home offices (SOHO). The MC160 features four-in-one functionality, namely print, copy, scan and fax, in a very compact form factor, especially designed to save valuable work space.

This MFP sports one of the fastest mono print speeds in its class that will provide users with an increase in productivity, as well as a decrease in user intervention thanks to the best in class paper capacity and toner cartridge. Also, thanks to the added color benefit, customers are able to produce documents on-demand and in-house, without any more need to outsource printing, saving both money and time, of course.

“Small businesses need a reliable MFP that they can depend on and one that offers standard printing, copying, scanning and faxing capabilities in a small footprint. The MC160 MFP meets all of these requirements while adding the benefit of quality color. Technical specifications say the maximum pages per minute for mono print speeds can reach up to 20ppm, whereas color printing will only get up to a mere five pages per minute. File scanning is featured with multiple enhancements such as scan to email, scan to network, as well as archiving and scanning to USB flash drives. Maximum paper capacity is rated at 700 sheets, while the standard load is at 200 sheets. Pricing for this one will be starting at $449.
