I'm pretty sure that just about all of us are faced almost on a daily basis with the hardships of modern life, our stress levels being way above those of our parents and grandparents. And naturally, while we might ignore the first signs in the beginning, our health might actually be severely affected on the long-term by this lifestyle.

In order to help us lose some of that stress, Oregon Scientific has recently released the i.relax Aroma Diffuser, a product that, according to the manufacturer, “brings you to a natural pleasant environment by aromatherapy, light therapy and sound therapy, in order to stimulate your senses gently and relax your mind and body”.

By using a special aroma oil (essential oil), the device will helps release one's tension, relax minds, release energy and even breath better in cold winter days. Light therapy is an area of holistic healing which uses 6 different colors in an attempt to affect our mood, emotions and possibly even our health. The sound therapy consists of sounds coming from the nature such as birds’ singing, waterfall, ocean waves that calm one's mood.

The i.relax Mini Aroma Diffuser uses the advanced ultrasonic vapor technology. It diffuses the aroma oil into the air without heating and changing its nature. It simply breaks the water and oil into fine micro particles. Users can even adjust the diffusing power and control the device via the large-size LCD display.

Oregon Scientific's i.relax Aroma Diffuser sells for around 99 US dollars, which, in our opinion, is quite an OK price point, especially if the device really manages to provide the level of relaxation it promises.
