There is no doubt that, so far, the bicycle represents the most eco-friendly means of transportation designed by man. Except for the non-pollution of the environment, the bike is also a good medium of exercise, so to say, as the driving force for it is the human effort.
The Organik Motion bike is a pedal-powered bike system that provides clean transportation. It seeks to combine existing basic ergonomics and functionality with state-of-the-art design, materials and technology. This enhances the bike’s overall ergonomics, performance and sustainability.
The Organik Motion bike has been designed by Stevie Miles Brewu, from the House of Miles of Design 07-London, the same fresh mind that came up with the Organic Workstation a short while back.
It features a fully integrated braking system, integrated front and rear suspension systems, an integrated shaft drive and a height adjustable saddle and handlebars. This comes along with a joystick-mounted gear and break lever system, which is integrated in the ergonomic handlebars. Additionally, the bicycle has a static inner wheel system with safety features such as integrated reflectors on the rotating outer wheels and a taillight, which is mounted in the bike’s frame.

Basically, there is no trick to it, except for its unusual design maybe, which is the essential feature that offers it the possibility of completing tasks in a green manner. In spite of its increased practicality, the Organik Motion bike is still only a concept for the moment. However, taking into account all the benefits it offers, it might actually enter production sometimes this year. Until then, you'll just have to use your regular bikes and train in your environmental crusade, giving SUVs and other gas-burning vehicles up for a healthier place to live in, not to mention a more toned body.
