Since just about every single one of NVIDIA's manufacturing partners have come up with their own take on the GTS 450, the same goes for Point of View, who've also released one such card, albeit not providing any particularly spectacular features, compared to what the competitors had in store.
So, the POV GeForce GTS450 card presented by Point Of View is a rather stock version, featuring the 40nm GPU with the basic core speed of 783 MHz and 192 shader processors with a shader clock of 1566 MHz.
Similar to its bigger brothers and sisters of the GeForce 400 series, the
GTS 450 works with the ultra fast GDDR5 memory, this model featuring 1024 MB running on 3608 MHz.
The graphics output of the GTS450 is formed out of two dual link DVI ports, allowing resolutions up to 2560x1600 and one mini-HDMI (1.4a) output for full HD graphics.
The only extra Point of View added to this thing is the modified cooling solution, which, however, has a relatively small effect on the overall
functionality, apart from perhaps providing more OC headroom.
The Point of View GeForce GTS 450 will available from today via the company's usual retailers, and although precise pricing details have not been provided just yet, the GPU will most likely be priced somewhere in the vicinity of 122 Euro.
