OK, you Star Wars fans out there, get your light sabers and all your movie inspired memorabilia ready cause it's time to make room for some new additions to your collection as the R2D2 and Darth Vader USB hubs have become available.

We all know those USB ports are never enough and that going behind your computer every time you want to plug or unplug a device is not that nice, especially since no one seems to ever dust back there, so why not just add a few more ports via a USB hub.

And I am not talking about your everyday USB hub, but one of these new cool looking devices (if you are a Star Wars fan that is) that offer "authentic" character movie sounds while charging you devices.

Yes, thats right, you will hear R2D2's bleeps and bloops or Darth Vader's trademark ominous breathing, depending on what model you choose.

Now, on a more practical side, this things will get you an additional four USB ports so that makes them quite a decent solution, although not the greatest one out there, especially if you go for the Darth Vader figurine since all the ports are crammed together and some larger devices may block one or two connectors next to it.

Pricing isn't also that great since these retail for $99.99 a bit too much even for us Star Wars geeks. (Gizmine via Gearlog)

We are just a few, but there are many of you, Softpedia users, out there. That's why we thought it would be a good idea to create an email address for you to help us a little in finding gadgets we missed. Interesting links are bound to be posted with recognition going mainly to those who submit. The address is .
