As I've said, cool design

I know what you were thinking when you read the title, “Who uses a radio anymore?” Well, with the multitude of options that are being offered to music lovers nowadays, I guess not a lot of people. But take a moment and keep on reading because this is not exactly your average radio signal receiving device.

The device is MP3 capable, has a multifunctional keypad, audio input panel, allows manual search for a single radio station, has a headphone socket and also a 2-watt mono loudspeaker. More interesting features include a USB port, Digital Card Reader, as well as a dual frequency scale allowing the user to position the device vertically or horizontally thanks to this device's interesting shape and design.

And that's where this radio's strong point comes from, my friends: its design. Seeing how it's a remake of the original rr127, designed by Marco Zanuso, it has kept the same shape and design details that made the original famous. It is a mono-colored, minimalist style rectangle that honestly fits perfectly with any environment, whether you're planning on using it at work (at the office, in the lounge) or in the comfort of your very own home.

The simple white, black or red coloring and choice between vertical and horizontal positioning guarantees it will fit perfectly no matter if you want to leave it in the kitchen or in the bedroom. It will definitely give your apartment a more classy look.

As you well know, I'm an admirer of art and especially of modern and minimalist items. Marco Zanuso's use of metal and plastic has always fascinated art lovers across the world. And now you can have (a remake but one that keeps the original design) it in the form of the rr227. A must-have from an art lover's point of view, but a no-go if you're more of a technology-oriented person. The price (around 200 Euro) doesn't do much for it either.
