Samsung has been the market leader in the PC monitor segment for quite a long while, and in order to maintain that top spot, they've constantly come up with all sorts of interesting innovations, such as the SyncMaster P2770FH monitor, that boasts a super-impressive response time, of just around 1 ms.
The 27-inch P2770FH's 1 ms response time makes it, quite obviously, a very good solution for computer gaming or movies, and it's quite likely that video editors will especially appreciate the response time, which eliminates motion blur and ghosting effects that hinder accuracy during the editing process.
Additionally, the P2770FH delivers a 70,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and enriched color gamut, as well as 170/160 degrees viewing angles, plus a rather standard set of connectivity options that include HDMI, VGA, DVI-I and audio/optical audio outputs.
"The new P2770FH is a prime example of Samsung's leadership in display engineering, and creative professionals and computer gamers seeking the best possible viewing experience will immediately appreciate its benefits," said Young Bae, director of display marketing at Samsung Enterprise Business Division.
"With the fastest response time among the product line, the P2770FH offers industry-leading quality for premium visual performance in everyday personal and professional use," Mr. Bae added.
While being a bit more expensive than the rest of Samsung's monitors, the P2770FH remains a very affordable solution for certain specific segments, the device being slated to become available in October 2010, priced at $399.99.
