Choosing the right LED monitor for you from all the options available out there was already a daunting task, but Samsung makes the decision even more difficult by releasing a new monitor series built especially for budget-conscious users.
Available in four different sizes, 20 inch, 21.5 inch, 23 inch and 24 inch, these are pretty much your average LCD backlit monitors, although those two HDMI inputs available on the back are certainly a nice feature to have that will definitely save you some trouble if you use multiple video sources.
This feature won't however be present on the entry-level BX2031 since this doesn't come with any HDMI inputs, while also having to settle with a 1600x900 resolution panel, compared to the
Full HD screens available in its older brothers.
“The 31 series
LED monitors fit the needs of consumers looking to upgrade to an LED monitor on a budget, especially this holiday season,” said Young Bae, director of display marketing, Samsung Enterprise Business Division.
“This line of monitors, designed with students and small and home office users in mind, stays true to
Samsung’s legacy of sleek design and superior LED performance.”
Price wise, these new monitors range from $169 to $279 and will be available sometime in October, although a more specific date hasn't been announced.
