I guess all of you are familiar by now with the saying that pink is the new black, but Samsung has taken this literally when it paired with AVEDA to design the Galaxy S Femme, a special edition of its Android smartphone that now comes in pink together with AVEDA cosmetics and special software made by the same company.

So what do all the female buyers interested in this get apart from a rather cliché pink phone?

Well, the AVEDA travel kit comes complete with Damage Remedy and Hand Relief creams, a travel kit voucher and an advisor app, installed on the enclosed 4GB microSD card, that identifies the particular products to buy in order to keep the skin and hair look their best.

As far as the phone goes, this comes with the same exact features and specs as its more masculine black counterpart, the Galaxy S Femme featuring a 4 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen together with Android 2.1 and all the features that you would expect from a present day smartphone such as 802.11n and Bluetooth connectivity, A-GPS support, 720p recording and a 5MP camera.

Unfortunately, pricing and availability of the Galaxy S Femme hasn't been announced so I don't know when you will be able to go hands on with this smartphone, or the AVADA Hand Relief cream included. (via akihabaranews)
