We all come to love our smartphones and
we can't imagine spending a moment without them although there are
times when we are forced to do so since those batteries don't want to
hold forever, but Sanyo wants to make us forget that moments thanks
to their new portable power sources, the eneloop mobile booster and
eneloop stick booster.
Thanks to its built-in USB terminals,
the KBS-L2BS, as the
eneloop mobile booster is also called, can power
two USB devices simultaneously for an impressive 4 hours, depending on the
current draw the devices have.
Also, being able to supply up to 1A of
continuous power means this thing can charge an Apple iPad while also
being compatible with the iPhone, iPad, Sony's Xperia smartphone or
any other device that supports USB charging.
Now, let's move on to the second portable power supply in the series, the
KBS-D1BS, eneloop stick booster that is able to power mobile phones,
smartphones such as the iPhone, portable audio players, portable game
consoles, and various other mobile devices thanks to the associated
micro USB attachment.
The main unit has a stylish stick-type
aluminum body, approximately 2 centimeters in diameter and weighing
76 grams (including the 2 AA-size ‘eneloop’ batteries supplied)
and is also available in other two versions that are designed to be
compatible with the Nintendo DSLite or DSi/DSi LL portable gaming
consoles.
Pricing hasn't been made available yet,
but these two units are scheduled to launch on October 21
st
in Japan, while the eneloop mobile booster will also be released in
other parts of the world.
