Seagate, one of the world's leading vendors of storage solutions, has just announced the expansion of its external storage portfolio for small businesses with the introduction of three new BlackArmor products, the BlackArmor NAS 220 storage server, the BlackArmor WS 110 external drive workstation, and the BlackArmor PS 110 portable drive. These fresh solutions add up to the company's previously announced BlackArmor NAS 420 and BlackArmor NAS 440.

According to Seagate, business users looking to improve their storage solutions can now take advantage of the benefits delivered by the new NAS 220 storage server, a solution that can provide support for up to 20 PCs and 4TB of storage space. This should be an ideal choice for all those small business customers that are looking for a compact storage server with a reliable backup support. In addition, the BlackArmor WS 110 workstation external drive comes to increase the storage on your professional workstation, providing up to 1TB of storage space. The drive is featured with a SafetyDrille recovery software, eSATA and USB 2.0 ports. The portable BlackArmor PS110 features a sleek, slim design that can provide users with on-the-go storage. This solution will be available in capacities of 500GB.

As for pricing and availability, Seagate announced that the new BlackArmor NAS 220 would sell later next month for US$449,99 (the 2TB version), and for US$699,99 (the 4TB solution). The WS110 and PS110 will cost US$159,99. A 2TB version for the WS110 will become available for a price of US$309,99.
