When I was a wee tiny boy, I loved superhero cartoons. Probably like any other boy of that age. And probably yet again like any other boy at one time in my childhood, I wanted to be Superman. I don't know whether it was before or after I wanted to be Birdman but definitely before I discovered Batman and found my true calling. But going back to Superman, have you ever wondered
what kind of netbook Superman would use to check his MySpace, Facebook, Twitter or Google Talk accounts?
It seems Shanzai has and it has developed the G-Five KTNO2, a netbook that does not impress with specifications or some incredibly good-looking design but with perhaps some of the funniest set of press pictures I have ever seen. Did you know that “Unlike when he is carrying other netbooks, with the KTNO2 Superman is able to maintain his [body at] a speeding bullet velocity.”
Can you picture it? Superman flies off in order to defeat his arch nemesis Lex Luthor. A few hours later, Luthor is defeated and the world is saved yet again. But wait... where is Superman? Well, he is atop a building twittering his success, “Defeated Luthor... again! LoL! Meeting the League of Justice at a pub tonight.”
As far as the
specifications list is concerned, it uses a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, is outfitted with 1GB of DDR2 memory, has 160GB of hard disk drive storage, a 10.2-inch 1024 x 600 liquid crystal display and comes with two USB ports, VGA, a 3G SIM slot, card reader, Bluetooth and, of course, an 1.3mp camera. As far as weight is concerned, it weighs 1.26KG but it goes as low as 0.90KG if the user is moving. I wonder how low it goes when you're flying.
