We all enjoy listening to radio while we drive, but sometimes the small number of stations available will leave disappointed so Sirius designed the new XM Snap! that brings satellite radio in your car just by plugging it into your cigarette lighter or power adapter socket.

Once installed, the XM Snap! will be allow you to enjoy Sirius XM radio channels through the existing vehicle radio via the FM transmitter that is built into this thing.

The available controls and buttons are big enough so they will be easy to find without taking a look at the XM Snap! while the included adjustable stalk allows for convenient placement of the unit inside your car.

"XM Snap! is an attractive, easy-to-use radio that makes it easier than ever for more consumers to bring satellite radio into their vehicles," said Bob Law, Group Vice President and General Manager, After Market Division, Sirius XM Radio.

"Offering amazing value, the new XM Snap! also gives customers the opportunity to discover what makes Sirius XM the ultimate destination for the best in audio entertainment."

Although I am not that sure if this qualifies for “amazing value,” the XM Snap! is indeed pretty cheap, Sirius saying this will be available in October 2010 for $59.99.
