If you don't have a
GPS-tracking application, get one! That's the point of the story that I'm about to tell you in the paragraphs to come. A story about an iPhone, a GPS-tracking application, a family and two teenage crooks. Here's another episode proving my point: that crime doesn't pay unless you go to school and learn a thing or two about how to get away with it.
You know when you can tell a husband loves his wife a lot? When he is so scared of losing her that he installs a GPS-tracking application on his family's iPhone just in case his wife would be lost or stranded. That or he was scared she might run off with someone else, I know I ruined the whole romantic idea.
Well, guess what, according to MSNBC, the woman didn't get the chance to lose herself in God knows what part of the city, nor run away with another man because one night while John, his wife and children were asleep, guess who was snooping around the house? It wasn't Christmas, so definitely not Santa, but three young men out to make a quick buck by pawning later what they would steal then and there.
And what they stole was a
laptop, an iPhone and almost a car but they decided to run away before doing it. You have pretty much guessed it by now: since the teen crooks were probably too tired during the day in order to attend classes (robbing people at night isn't exactly a walk in the park, now, is it?), they didn't get to study a lot and probably their intelligence failed to develop to its fullest extent. Why? Because they didn't think a phone in the year 2009 might have a GPS-tracking system installed.
The police tracked them down, found and arrested them. And what lesson have we learned from this, kids? Exactly! Stay in school if you want to be good juvenile delinquents! But we do not condone that.
