I don't really know how many of you have ever ridden a horse, but those who have will agree that it's not exactly the easiest possible thing, forcing one into constantly being alert, will all muscles flexed and being ready to react to any of the animal's actions. For this reason, riding is actually a pretty good exercise, but, unfortunately, very few people can actually enjoy its relaxing and, at the same time, invigorating effects.

However, exactly for this category of users that spend most of their days locked up in their homes or offices, OSIM has launched the uGallop Complete Core Exerciser, a device specifically designed to simulate horseback riding, plus shape and tone key muscles in one's hips, thighs, abs and back.

The device from OSIM generates a low-impact, tri-axial movement, whose immediate result is to cause one's body to respond automatically by engaging certain muscles to help maintain one's balance, and at the same time, shape and tone the core muscles and boost the reflexes and balance. And speaking of balance, it's interesting to note that the uGallop even helps users stand taller by strengthening their core.

The uGallop Complete Core Exerciser sports an ergonomic design, with a saddle-like seat with stirrups and handles for greater comfort (and, of course, a more realistic reproduction of horseback riding). Moreover, users can also choose exactly the settings that best suit their physical condition from the two workout programs and six manual speeds available.

Best of all, the uGallop Complete Core Exerciser isn't even that expensive, since it can be found at several online retailers for around 500 US dollars, which, after all, is not even that high a sum, given the numerous beneficial effects this device can provide, whether we're talking about one's health or body shape.
