While we're not necessarily crazy about blingy accessories, we can't help notice the fact that the “bling culture” is engulfing pretty much the whole world. I mean, finding an iPod / iPhone case that doesn't have Swarovski crystals embedded in it has become a bit difficult nowadays (whether we're talking about stores or the products people are actually using).

And that's exactly the case with the particular product you'll read about as follows, namely the urbanPerformer from urbanTool, a stylish leather clutch that also delivers a couple of interesting extras on the sides, while featuring plenty of black Swarovski crystals across its body.

The urbanPerformer also comes equipped with a control interface for the iPod / iPhone, which features the following buttons: play/stop - pause - fwd/bwd - vol +/-. The case offers an inner cable-connection with 30-pin Apple connector, but also flexible pockets for iPod/iPhone and one's wallet, as well as a removable shoulder strap.

Unfortunately, the urbanPerformer does have a fairly major problem, at least as far as its level of compatibility with the Apple products is concerned. So, as the company informs us, this thing will not support the new iOS 4 Software, which makes it more or less useless, at least on the long term.

The second problem of the urbanPerformer is its very high price point, because, to be perfectly honest, we're not sure just how many people will accept to cough up around 500 US dollars for this thing.
